  Each static holiday home is mounted on a stone plinth

  with stone steps. Handrails to the steps are an optional

  extra and if your holiday home has patio doors, a balcony

  with railings can also be fitted as an extra.

  All holiday homes have full services connected,

  i.e.piped gas, electricity, full plumbing and satellite tv

  system. A telephone and broadband can be arranged,

  subject to position.

   

  Electricity and gas is individually metered and read

  twice a year.

 

 

  The Park has a fully equipped amenities building with a laundry room, disability showers and toilets, a landline telephone

  kiosk(coin operated) and site sales office. There is a resident Park Manager on site throughout the year who maintains the

  Park and grass areas around each individual holiday home.

          

 

   

   

 Owners can plant a small garden at the front and   one side of the holiday home and each year a competitionis held for the most attrative garden and patio area    (entry optional)

A patio can also be built subject to permission.

  A field is provided opposite the Park where children (and their parents) can play safely without disturbing the peace and

  quiet  of the Park. 

 

 Owners pets are permitted onto the Park but must be kept under strick supervision at all times.

 

 

  The river frontage is divided between the keen anglers

  and the owners who require boat moorings.
